Einat Ben-Moshe
Einat Ben-Moshe is an experienced finance and operations professional, who has honed her skills working for both private and public companies. Einat is an expert in the world of fashion licensing and retail.
Einat consulted for Deloitte New York’s fortune 500 clients on implementation projects for new technology platforms, design of data structures and controls, as well as new accounting guidance implications in diverse sectors.
Prior to that, Einat spearheaded the establishment of a venture arm for a leading fashion luxury licensee and retailer. As part of her role, she sourced cutting edge top startups and oversaw proof-of-concept initiatives. During her time there, Einat also drove significant upgrades to strategic platforms and processes, including the redevelopment of e-commerce platform.
Throughout her professional career, Einat worked with multiple fashion academic institutions and key companies in the fashion industry.
Einat also has hands on experience working for early stage ventures. Most recently, she served as the CFO of a live entertainment startup. In that role, Einat navigated complex financial landscapes, oversaw infrastructure development, trademark listing and litigations activities, as well as regulatory filings in the developing field of crowdfunding.
Today, Einat leverages her multifaceted skill set to support private companies independently, providing comprehensive financial modeling, executive presentations, and strategic implementation services.
Yael Shoham
Global Finance Expert
Yael is a seasoned CPA with over 20 years of experience in Global Finance, Accounting, Fintech, Startups and Alternative Investments.
Her career includes an 11-year tenure at KPMG (Israel & US), which included Professional Practice, Audit and Program Management roles.
She also holds an MBA from Bar-Ilan University, and completed advanced courses in Fintech, Digital Banking and Risk Management at Tel Aviv University.
Since 2019, Yael held various roles, including CFO, at an Israeli Public Credit Fund. Since 2023, she has been overseeing collaterals for loans under receivership.
Her broad skill set and interests uniquely position her to engage effectively with stakeholders, through research, sharp financial insights and strategic planning.
Yael has lived, worked and invested in the US, UK and Sweden for 12 years, during which she has built strong, enduring relationships with global Expat communities, further enhancing her ability to navigate and influence international growth.
Shay Karpeles
Operations, Gaming & Live Streaming Expert
Shay has almost 30 years of experience in gaming and 15 years in operations management.
Most of his career involved the ad-tech industry, and he founded two startups, the second of which involved live streaming and gaming, and that’s how he met Gil Eyal.
He also holds a BA in Economics and Mathematics and an MA in Economics.
Shay is positioned to help and mentor startups in building up solid foundations using his operations skills, making sure processes are optimized, deadlines are met, and customers are happy. He can also span a local company globally.
He saw the other side of VC fundraising for 5 years and knows all the pitfalls of raising funds as an entrepreneur, and the hacks and lingo of VC communication.
Shay spends his time between Israel and NYC and worked and managed teams in over 30 countries, and is the inventor of one US patent.
