Mac & Cheese is the number one requested meal by children in the United States. It’s also extremely unhealthy. Attempts at creating healthy alternatives have led to products that kids refuse to eat. This changed when Jen Zeszut (that’s right, her name is literally Gen Z), partnered with Deb Luster, who founded and ran Annie’s for 8 years. The result is a great tasting healthy Mac & Cheese that my children described as “way better than what you usually make”.
